New Pattern Launch: Knit a Sheep Keyring with Locks – Join Me at Eden Wool Gathering!
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my latest knitting pattern – a Sheep Keyring made with real sheep locks – just in time for the very first Eden Wool Gathering, taking place at the Whithorn Roundhouse on 26th–27th July 2025.
This is a super fun, quick-knit project using beautiful fleece and curly sheep locks to create a characterful little sheep you can keep with you every day. And the best part? You only need 12 rows to knit it!

Come and drop in at my stall during the Eden Wool Gathering and have a go at knitting with sheep locks – no booking required. Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or just curious to try something new, you’re very welcome to join in. If you don’t fancy a knitted sheep keyring, you could knit a sampler to take away.
What’s included for just £10:
– Knitting pattern
– Wool
– Curly locks
– Keyring
–Felted fleece for the head
Use of knitting and sewing needles (available on the day)
You’ll go home with your very own handmade sheep keyring – a soft, woolly reminder of a lovely day out in Whithorn!
I’ll be adding a picture here soon of the finished keyring so you know what to look forward to.

Some workshops you need to book in advance, some you will be able to just walk in on the day. If you love using fleece, there will be a fleece selling stall, so come and feel the quality before you buy. There is fleece skirting talk as well as lock washing.
